As the out-of-town Trustee of my aunt and uncle’s estate, I dreaded the process of clearing out their long-lived-in home, finding, hiring, and managing contractors to perform the necessary repairs and renovations, and selling their home. I anticipated frequent trips to the Bay Area, and, quite frankly, many hours of long, hard, frustrating work. And then, I met Pat.
He introduced me to the perfect people to carry out everything that needed to be done – from repairing the garage door opener to hauling away what couldn’t be donated or recycled to renovating the home beautifully – and within budget! Often, Pat just handled what needed to be done, always keeping me informed.
Pat’s handling of the entire project saved me countless hours of worry and frustration, stumbling through a process that I really needed help with, especially not being local.
