Pat Rock was an absolute savior during our long-distance (and quite complicated) probate sale of real estate in San Francisco. We live in the Midwest and knew no one in the Bay Area. Pat held our hand through the entire sale process and went above and beyond with additional recommendations as we needed – attorney, tax fiduciary, estate sale liquidator, hauling company, exterminator, just to name a few. All his recommendations have been exceptional folks to work with and we would never have made these connections without Pat.
